For over twenty years, I have been lucky enough to have worked for and partnered with some of the most respected individuals and creative organizations in Australia, England and the US. I now offer independent and bespoke Talent Consultation in Recruitment, Talent Operations and Individual Career Coaching.

I was most recently the Director of Recruitment for all disciplines outside of the creative department, for Wieden + Kennedy Portland and Global. Prior to that role, I was a Partner of Hourigan International, responsible for the Creative Division. I am open to Recruiting across all levels and disciplines, across all markets.

Prior to my Talent career, I spent over 15 years in Account Management, closing out this time as Head of Account Management for Fallon London. I see Talent Operations as the cross roads between the business and the talent. I am open to Consulting in the areas of Talent Growth Strategies, Retraction Recommendations and Talent Operations Strategies (ie, how the available talent meets the workflow).

Between Head of Account Management responsibilities and Director of Recruitment remits, I have spent a significant amount of my career, managing other people’s career trajectories. I am available for Career Coaching by the hour, the day or on a long term coaching basis.
