To be human is a very underrated quality in our business. It is also not something you would associate with the word headhunter.

It is a word, however, that I would associate with Lea Walker. When I reached Australia, I knew very few people in Sydney. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to meet Lea. She was the first person I met there where I felt like I could have a normal conversation. And, we had many that had very little to do with work. She gave me her most precious commodity. Her time.

Lea is very good at what she does because she creates a space where you can be yourself. For a creative, that is everything. She understands creative people and I genuinely believe she cares about them. Those are qualities that are very rare in this business.

For those reasons, I am very happy to recommend Lea as somebody who has a lot of talent and skill. However, I will leave it to others to say how good she is at her job. I will say she was very kind to me. I will say she is a great human being. For me, that’s about as good as it gets.
